Applicable devices: AC02, AC02C
(V3.3 will support AC02, AC02C, 902D, 907D, 904D, 280D/280SD)
Temporary Key Types: Temporary QR Code, Temporary PIN Code
- Temporary QR Code: Supports door stations and access control under the same Smart Pro App account
- Temporary PIN Code: Only for AC02, AC02C (current version)
1. Basic Verification Before Troubleshooting
- Confirm the device model is AC02 or AC02C (other models do not support temporary PIN code unlock in current version).
- Check if the temporary PIN code is correctly generated in DNAKE Smart Pro App (Me → Temp Key).
- Verify the PIN code is within valid time (start time ≤ current time ≤ end time).
- Ensure the PIN code is not expired or used up (One-time/Daily/Weekly mode limit).
2. Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check App & Cloud Platform Settings
- Open DNAKE Smart Pro App → Me → Temp Key
- Confirm the temporary PIN code:
- Correct device is selected
- Unlock mode (Once/Daily/Weekly) is set properly
- Time period & available times are valid
- Ask property manager to verify on DNAKE Cloud Platform:
- Temp Key function is enabled for your account
- Device is correctly bound to your account
- Relevant Device on Cloud platform is online and synced
Step 2: Check Device Network & Status
- Ensure AC02/AC02C is powered on normally and online.
- Verify the device is successfully registered to DNAKE Cloud Platform.
- Restart the access control device and retry entering the PIN code.
Step 3: Verify PIN Code Input Operation
- Enter the PIN code completely and correctly on the device keypad.
- Press the confirm/# key after input (required for most devices).
- Avoid input errors: extra digits, missing digits, or delayed input.
Step 4: Check Unlock Permission & Relay
- In Smart Pro App → Home → Check the door relay status:
- Only active relays can be unlocked
- If multiple relays exist, select the correct one
- Confirm the device’s unlock relay is working properly.
Step 5: App Version & Update
- Go to Smart Pro App → Me → About → Check app version.
- Update the app to the latest available version if outdated.
- If none of the above methods work, please provide relevant videos, device models, firmware, and logs to the DNAKE technical team.
