1. Verify RTSP Format
Check whether the RTSP format is correct.
The standard RTSP format for DNAKE door station is:

- Ensure username and password are correct
- Verify IP address and port (8554)
- Confirm channel path (e.g., ch01)
2. Check Camera Status During Call
Verify whether the camera is functioning normally during a call session.
- Initiate a call from Door Station to Indoor Monitor
- Observe whether live video is generated
Note:
If no video appears during a call, the issue may be related to stream configuration or device communication.

3. Test RTSP Stream via VLC
Check whether VLC can successfully display the RTSP stream.

- Select Media → Open Network Stream
- Enter the RTSP URL
- Verify if live video is displayed correctly
If VLC works:

4. Add Door Station via ONVIF (Indoor Monitor)
If RTSP testing still fails, try discovering and adding the device via ONVIF on the Indoor Monitor.
- Search for the door station camera using ONVIF discovery
- Enter the correct username and password
- Add the device manually if discovered successfully
Expected Result:
If ONVIF addition succeeds, the issue is likely RTSP-specific configuration rather than camera failure.
