Check whether the RTSP format of the IPC is correct.
- Confirm the correct RTSP URL format from official documentation or trusted online sources
- Ensure the stream path, username, password, and port are correctly configured

2. Test RTSP Stream Using VLC
Use VLC media player to verify whether the RTSP stream is accessible.
- Open VLC
- Select “Media → Open Network Stream”
- Enter the RTSP URL of the IPC
- Check whether the live video can be displayed normally
If VLC works:
RTSP stream is valid → issue may be related to device or APP integration
RTSP stream is valid → issue may be related to device or APP integration
If VLC fails:
RTSP configuration or network access issue → verify IPC settings and network connectivity

3. Reduce IPC Stream Load (Resolution / Sub Stream)
If the issue persists, reduce the stream load for testing:
- Lower the IPC main stream resolution (e.g., from 4MP to 1080p or lower)
- Switch to IPC sub stream for testing
- Retest RTSP stream in VLC or target platform
Expected Result:
If sub stream works normally, the issue is likely related to bandwidth or decoding capability of the client device.
