[Troubleshooting] How to monitor Door Station on DNAKE H616/H618 Smart Home Version

Step 1: Upgrade H616/H618 to Smart Home Firmware

1. Confirm your indoor monitor model is H616 or H618.
2. Acquire the dedicated smart home version firmware file referring to this MEGA link: https://mega.nz/folder/6J5XlDIZ#QCckpLRel1AVlwhIiAnljg
3. Enter the device web page(admin/123456), go Settings > System > Upgrade.
4. Import the correct firmware file and complete the upgrade process.
5. Wait for the device to auto-reboot after upgrade.

Step 2: Access Settings Interface from Homepage

1. Click the icon in the bottom left corner of H616/H618 homepage.
2. Tap the Settings icon to enter the system configuration menu.

Step 3: Search & Save Door Stations

1. Inside Settings, select the Doors option to open door station management page.
2. Tap the Search button to scan door stations within the same LAN and same building and unit.

Note：If it is a villa station, the building Unit and Apartment No. need to be set to the same as the indoor monitor.

1. All detected devices will display in the device list with Types and device IDs.
2. Select the target door station you need to monitor, tap Save icon to bind the device to your indoor monitor.

Step 4: H616/H618 monitors door monitor

1. Exit Settings and go back to the main home screen.
2. Find the icon of the door station you saved in Step 3.
3. Tap the door station icon directly to monitor the door station camera.
